This is the new InterMountain Railway ES44DC Locomotive. The prototype has an advanced 12-cylinder prime mover, qualified to Tier II emissions standards. This new HO scale replica is decorated in the experimental BNSF New Image livery featuring the yellow logo. The model is equipped with finely molded details that are prototype specific, metal wire grab irons, etched metal radiator and dynamic brake grilles, cab interior, illuminated ditch lights, and Kadee® couplers. The smooth 12-wheel drive is available as DC and DCC operable, or equipped with optional SoundTraxx® Tsunami® sound.
